Environmental Awareness Activity in Schools Phase-5, 2024

Workshop with the School Teachers

LEADS organised its 5th phase of   Workshop with School Teachers at Ambala Inn, Dhanmondi on 9th March 2024 as part of their  “Environmental Awareness Campaign for School Children” with a theme “Our Environment Our Resource" Saving Environment : Our Initiatives to combat Climate Change  . The programme was sponsored by Habib Bank Limited .   Mr Selim Barkat , the Country Manager of  Habib Bank Limited , A.S.M Kabir ,Chairman, LEADS  and Romina Dewan  the Founder  Executive Director of LEADS and other LEADS officials were present . Teachers from  Holy Cross Girls" High  School,  Agrani Girls’ School and College , Dhaka Residential Model College, St. Joseph School and College , Rajuk Uttara Model College, Adamjee Cantonment Public School, Bir Uttam Shaheed Lt. Anwar Girls’ College, Azampur Government Primary School , Manikdi Adarsha Bidya Nikaton,  Shaheed Ramizuddin Cantonment College , Bir Srestha Noor Muhammad Public College , Civil Aviation High School ,    Abdus Sobhan Model High School Dhamrai , Muksudpur  Girls High School  participated in the programme. The main objective of the programme was to  strengthen the activities of the schools through  environmental clubs  for environmental sustainability .
