Ms. Afroza Akter is one of the pioneering members of LEADS. She completed her B.S.S. and M.S.S. in Political Science, and also B.Ed. and M.Ed. As a Project Officer, she is not only responsible for the welfare of the students, but also responsible for managing project activities smoothly. Her sincerity is reflected in the progress of the students and success of LEADS. She is supporting children of LEADS from 2008.

Farhana is a teacher and a valued member of the institution. She completed her B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from the Institute of Science and Technology (IST) and is currently pursuing her M.Sc. in CSE. She joined LEADS as a Teacher and recently have been promoted as Assistant Project Officer for her technical knowledge and dedication to her work. She teaches all subjects of grade 6. In addition to her regular responsibilities, she provides academic support in Mathematics and Science to the students of grade 9 and 10. She tries to follow the LEADS System to make learning effective and enjoyable for them. She is also using her technical knowledge to support project work where she assists in various institutional and Management initiatives.

She joined LEADS as a part time teacher as she is pursuing her M.Sc. degree in Psychology. She has completed her BSc from Eden Girls College. The education system of LEADS and safe working environment for women encouraged her to work for LEADS. She is trying to give her full support as much as possible to the students of LEADS. She is teaching all the subjects of grade 4 and 5 students. Also providing support for Bangla and English subject to the students of grade 9 and sometimes science as per need.

Padma Rupa Dey Santa is a full time teacher at LEADS . She did her Masters and Bachelors in Botany from Eden Mahila College and SSC and HSC from Viqarunnessa Noon School and College. She also did B. Ed. from Teachers Training College and to utilize her knowledge she joined LEADS . She is a dedicated teacher and mainly teaches all the subjects of grade 4 and 6 and English to the senior students.

Nizhum graduated from Shiddheswari Girls’ College and University in Management. She joined LEADS as a part time teacher on a temporary basis as she is pursuing Master’s in Management and has to take care of her 2-year-old daughter. As LEADS allows children at the work place, she brings her daughter at LEADS Centre when she faces problem. She tries to give her full effort as much as possible to the LEADS children especially to the grade 9 and 10 students for the development of English, Accounting, Business Entrepreneurship and Finance Subjects. Being a management student, she tries to use her Managerial skill to Manage the student for studies. She loves to deal with these underprivileged children through LEADS. The subject and safe working environment encouraged her to work for LEADS.

Sahera Begum is an integral part of LEADS. She not only fulfills daily needs of the children but also facilitates the teachers in every manner possible. She looks after the food and ensures that the children have good lunch and tiffin as per the system everyday.

Mr. Asoruddin Vutto is an indispensable member of the LEADS team. He is responsible for bringing the children from their schools to LEADS everyday, and also dropping them off safely at the end of their classes at LEADS. He is working in LEADS from 2008. Both of his sons are getting support from LEADS. His elder son got full support from LEADS and graduated as Diploma Engineer from Graphic Arts Institute and is working now. The younger son is in grade 10.
